- Primero. Poner en conocimiento de la junta administradora de la Urbanización Guarimaba y del señor Jaime Navia, la nulidad a la que se refiere la parte considerativa de este auto, generada por la falta de notificación a los terceros citados, de la iniciación del proceso.
- Este auto se les notificará de conformidad con lo preceptuado en el artículo 16 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, con la advertencia de que si no alegan la nulidad, dentro de los tres días siguientes a la notificación del presente auto, quedará saneada y el proceso continuará su curso normal; en caso contrario, se declarará la nulidad y se repondrá la actuación con la observancia de los trámites pertinentes. La nulidad comprende toda la actuación surtida a partir del auto admisorio de la demandada, inclusive.
- Segundo. Comisionar, para la notificación de esta providencia, al Juez
- Tercero. Penal Municipal de San Juan de Pasto, a quien la Secretaría General enviará el despacho correspondiente, incluyendo el texto del presente auto.
